The price is
on this page.

Every tier, the fixed implementation fee, every add-on, the escalator cap, and the pilot terms. Build a budget request, score us against your incumbent, or write your RFP line items without speaking to anyone.

Never per-seat

Unlimited users on every tier — reviewers, inspectors, clerks, council viewers, and every applicant in your jurisdiction. Add staff without a purchase order.

3.5%

Escalator cap, or CPI if lower. Industry norm is a flat 5%.

$0

Subscription under the applicant-funded option.

Subscription

Four tiers, annual, all core modules included.

Priced on the population you serve, not on how many people in your office need to log in. Ranges reflect permit volume and department count within each band.

Core modules on every tier: application intake, completeness screening, multi-department plan review, corrections cycles, shot-clock workflow, issuance, fees and payments, public lookup, audit trail, and tenant branding.

Implementation

Fixed price, published,
and paid once.

The industry norm is one to two times the annual license, discovered during negotiation, over a twelve-to-eighteen-month rollout. Ours is a line item you can read before you write the RFP, because configuration replaces custom code.

Estimator

Enter your population.
Get the numbers.

No email required and nothing is sent anywhere. The result is the same range printed in the table above, plus the applicant-funded comparison for your permit volume.

Whole numbers. Use your jurisdiction's certified estimate — county populations included if you review for unincorporated areas.

Zero-subscription option

No software budget?
Let the applications pay for it.

The city pays no subscription and no implementation fee. Instead a disclosed technology fee of $8–20, set by permit type, is added at application — itemized on the receipt, never buried in the base permit fee.

  • Same platform, same accessibility conformance, same audit trail. Launch-tier capability, not a stripped build.
  • The fee appears as its own line to the applicant, with the amount published on your public permit-fee schedule.
  • Switch to a standard subscription at any renewal, keeping your data and configuration.

Availability depends on your state's law on fee pass-throughs and cost-of-service requirements. We will tell you before a pilot whether your state permits it — and say no if it does not.

Contract mechanics

The terms your procurement officer will ask about, in advance.

You already have the price.
Take it to the budget meeting.

If you would rather see it working first, bring one permit type that gives your office trouble and we will run it through intake, multi-department review, a corrections cycle, and issuance.

What is not on this page

  • “Contact us for pricing.” Enterprise is custom, and its range is still printed above.
  • Per-seat licensing, in any tier, in any form.
  • A discount that expires at the end of the quarter.
